Antonela Fredianelli is an accomplished Argentine TV host, model, actress, and expert in social communication with a master’s degree in marketing. Born in Rosario and currently based in Miami, she has made her mark in the television industry, hosting popular shows like Club Miami for TyC Sports Internacional and working as a special correspondent for LN+. With a background rooted in her family’s four generations of bakers, Antonela brings a blend of elegance, charm, and professiona- lism to everything she does, balancing a hectic schedule while maintaining her unique connection with audiences across Latin America and the U.S.
Antonela, you’ve built a remarkable career across television, journalism, modeling, and acting. How do you balance these different roles, and what keeps you inspired?
It’s all about synergy for me. Each of these roles feeds into the others and enriches who I am as a professional. Whether it’s asking thought-provoking questions as a TV host or portraying a character in a novela, everything revolves around communication and connection. I believe in being versatile, and that keeps me constantly learning and growing. What inspires me most is the chance to tell stories and bring people closer to the truth behind their public personas.
You’ve hosted shows for TyC Sports Internacional, LN+, Telefe Internacional, and more. How do you adapt your style when shifting between topics like sports, lifestyle, and current events?
Adaptability is key. Each show has its own tone and audience, so I make sure to adjust my approach accordingly. For instance, when I host ‘Club Miami’ on TyC Sports Internacional, it’s all about energy and passion for football. On ‘Al Ritmo de Miami,’ where we explore luxury and the city’s lifestyle, it’s a more relaxed, sophisticated tone. What remains constant is my curiosity and commitment to telling stories authentically. It’s about understanding the audience and delivering content that resonates.
You’ve interviewed many high-profile individuals, including celebrities like Susana Giménez and Martín Bossi, and covered events with public figures like Messi and President Milei. What’s your approach to covering such influential personalities?
My goal is always to peel back the layers and reveal the real person behind the public image. I like to create a comfortable environment where they can be candid and authentic. It’s less about rehearsed answers and more about genuine conversation. I prepare extensively, not just to ask the right questions, but to listen deeply and follow the conversation wherever it leads. The best interviews come when you connect on a human level, beyond the celebrity status.
With your coverage spanning topics from fashion and luxury to breaking news and sports, what has been your most memorable experience as a correspondent?
One of the most memorable moments was covering President Javier Milei’s tour in the U.S. for La Nación +, it was a significant moment for Argentina, and I felt honored to inform about this. Another standout experience was covering Messi’s debut with Inter Miami. Being from Rosario like Messi, it felt personal and historic to witness him make such an impact in the U.S. football scene. These moments were special because they symbolized milestones for my country on an international stage.
You’ve also built a personal brand with a focus on elegance and sophistication. How does your love for fashion intersect with your career in television and journalism?
Fashion is a powerful form of communication, and it plays a big role in how I present myself on-screen. I love fashion because it’s not just about looking good—it’s about expressing who you are without words. Elegance for me is about confidence and authenticity. In my TV roles, whether I’m on the red carpet or reporting on luxury lifestyle, I bring that same sense of refinement. It’s an extension of my personality and a tool to connect with my audience, whether I’m interviewing a diplomat or a fashion icon.
You’ve hosted numerous shows across Latin America and are currently considering offers from major networks in the U.S. What’s next for you in your career?
The future is exciting! I’m looking forward to expanding my reach in the U.S. market while continuing to bring my originality and passion to Latin American television. I’m exploring new projects that will allow me to dive deeper into lifestyle and current affairs, particularly on an international level. My goal is to keep evolving as a storyteller, taking on bigger challenges while staying true to my style. The offers I’m considering are very promising, and I can’t wait to share what’s next.
As someone who has worked in various cities across Latin America, the U.S., and beyond, how has living in Miami influenced your career and your worldview?
Miami is such a vibrant, diverse city, and living here has definitely shaped my perspective. It’s a city that blends cultures from all over the world, and that’s reflected in the kind of stories I cover. From fashion to luxury real estate to sports, Miami is at the center of so many dynamic industries. Being here has opened doors for me to connect with an international audience and to bring a unique Latin American flair to everything I do. I’ve truly embraced the global mindset of this city.
With your background in marketing and social communication, how do you leverage your skills in these areas to enhance your on-screen presence and your career as a whole?
My background in marketing gives me an edge because it helps me understand the audience on a deeper level. I know what content will resonate, how to present it in a way that’s engaging, and how to build a strong personal brand that viewers trust. Social communication, on the other hand, helps me craft messages that are clear and impactful. Whether it’s a commercial campaign, a TV show, or an interview, these skills allow me to connect with people authentically and strategically.
You’ve been recognized for excellence in television presenting by Pancho Dotto. What does that recognition mean to you, and how does it motivate you moving forward?
It was a tremendous honor to be recognized by someone as respected as Pancho Dotto. It validated the hard work and dedication I’ve put into my career. That recognition motivates me to continue pushing the boundaries of what I can achieve. I want to keep growing, exploring new formats, and delivering even better content to my audience. Awards are wonderful, but what drives me is the passion for storytelling and the impact I can make through my work.
What advice would you give to aspiring TV hosts and journalists looking to make a name for themselves in the industry?
Stay curious, stay authentic, and never stop learning. This industry is all about connection—connecting with your audience, your guests, and the stories you tell. Be open to new experiences and don’t be afraid to ask the hard questions. Also, versatility is key. Learn as much as you can about different topics, from fashion to politics to sports. And finally, remember that your individuality is your strength. Bring your unique perspective to everything you do, and that will set you apart.
